Here's a link to an excellent podcast by a British
law professor, Richard Susskind, concerning the
future of the legal profession (click here). Many of the concepts apply
to the United States. Clocking in at roughly a
half hour, it's a worthwhile listen for lawyers
and non-lawyers alike.
