There's a good post at
Ernie the Attorney's blog today (click
here), in which he suggests that, at
the Rule 26(f) conference in a civil case in
federal court, the parties agree to serving
pleadings and notices by email, consistent with
FRCP 5(b)(2)(E) (click here).
