Here's a link to an excellent podcast by a British
law professor, Richard Susskind, concerning the
future of the legal profession (click here). Many of the concepts apply
to the United States. Clocking in at roughly a
half hour, it's a worthwhile listen for lawyers
and non-lawyers alike.

Jack Borden, I salute you

Jack Borden is an inspiration. Practicing law
at age 101! It looks like he’s done some pretty
interesting things along the way, too. I might
have to switch to a country breakfast.
